I am a training and video production specialist with a background in broadcasting, teaching and instructional design. I have over 10 years' experience as a programme-maker, presenter and announcer with BBC Radio and Television in London. I am a qualified teacher with UK Qualified Teacher Status.
My core output is the production of narrated training videos that use blended learning techniques to deliver compelling and engaging sequences of learning. All videos are narrated by myself.
I begin with a series of discovery meetings, carrying out a simple training needs analysis. Together, we develop a set of learning objectives and associated learning outcomes. I then work with your subject matter experts to write a draft training script. Once this has been signed off, I record the voice narration. As a former BBC newsreader and announcer your narration track will be recorded to the highest professional broadcast standard. Graphics, text and animation are then blended together to produce the final video. At all stages I work closely with you to ensure that the training meets your learning objectives and drives the required outcomes across your business.
